new software?

dont wanna make beats on fruit loops now - ive got a decent enough computer + mac - got near enough the same disk space as they both started with as i put all my beats and a lot of files on my portable hard drive - so whats people reccomending? - im downloading logic as we speak for mac but whats good for pc? - i hear reasons good but how do you use it?

reason 4 is easy, and if u add me to msn or something i can always help with any problems

cubase is good because it allows vst use. If its sampling u after, get reason 4 and recycle though. There is enough good instruments on reason to be able to add something over the top of a sample based beat. Compisitions dont sound as good from reason as they do from cubase though.

p.s if u get reason 4, when u 'send track to audio or whatever' basically when u turn the reason document into wav form, make sure u click 24bit, not 16bit. Then just put into adobe audition or whatever u use and turn the wav form into mp3.

just made a beat usin reason 4 and yeh i find it pretty easy once i figured out recycle its quite similar to fruilt loops in a way with the sequencer and that - the beats up in the showcase room if you wanna give me a little crit - dont go too hard on me though lol
